Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tiridy.com and the Tiridy service. By creating an account or using Tiridy you agree to them. Questions: support@tiridy.com.
1. The service
Tiridy provides animated stream overlays, alerts and related tools for Twitch, Kick and YouTube, a store of overlay packs, and Tiridy AI, which designs overlay sets from your text. Some features depend on third-party platforms and may change or stop when those platforms change.
2. Your account
You must be old enough to use Twitch, Kick or Google in your country and at least 13. Keep your sign-in secure. Your overlay link contains a secret token: anyone with it can show your overlay, so do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Tiridy: no unlawful, hateful or infringing content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, no reselling or redistributing packs you bought, and no use of Tiridy AI to create content that infringes others' rights or breaks the rules of the platforms you stream on. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Purchases and licence
Paid packs and credits are sold through Dodo Payments. Prices are shown before checkout and may include taxes depending on your country. A purchased pack gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your own channels. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork. Packs marked “Included with Pro” are available only while your Pro subscription is active.
5. Subscriptions
Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly AI design allowances do not roll over.
6. Refunds
Because packs and credits are digital and delivered immediately, they are generally not refundable once used or downloaded. If something does not work as described, or you were charged by mistake, write to support@tiridy.com within 14 days and we will make it right. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have by law. If Tiridy AI fails to produce a design, the credit is returned automatically.
7. Tiridy AI
Tiridy AI is automated and can produce unexpected or imperfect results. You are responsible for checking a design before you go live. Subject to these terms and the rights of others, you may use designs you generate on your own channels. Text you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate the design.
8. Creators
If you sell packs on Tiridy, you confirm you own or are licensed to sell everything in them. Creators receive 80% of each sale after the payment provider's fees and applicable taxes, paid on the schedule we publish on the creators page. We may remove packs that infringe rights or break these terms.
9. Third-party platforms
Twitch, Kick, YouTube and Google belong to their owners. Tiridy is not affiliated with them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep Tiridy running but provide it “as is”, without a promise that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue or lost stream time, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using Tiridy and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@tiridy.com. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in advance by email or in the dashboard, and continued use after that means you accept it. Contact: support@tiridy.com.
